Sorry if I haven't replied to anything of yours in a while, but this is why:

I'm going to be away for a few days, Friday to Monday, on a trip to New York and back, with likely no internet. After that, I'll be on less than I already am, due to real life causing me to lose a bet, and thus thrusting a play about a whining British orphan upon me, also known as the musical Oliver.

I'll get on when I can, and once again, sorry if I can't.

It’s yet another quiet night, no crickets to stir the silence, only the wind caressing the dead branches. Adam’s not quite sure why he’s outside when the temperature in the negatives of Fahrenheit - he’s not even dressed properly – but something had drawn him outside.  )

Yes, I finally drew the terrible 'lol road trip' and the pictures are, for lack of better words, also terrible.  I'm sorry. I can't draw hands, I can't draw Mohinder as pretty as he should be, and I can't draw cars, beds, planes, damn well anything that requires perspective. Lord knows I don't have any. xD Plus the fact that I don't have a scanner, so I took pictures of them with my 1998 camera, (yes the date is there sheerly to state the fact that it is OLD) so I had to use art programs improve them as best I could. In some cases, that not being possible.

Adam apologizes now for being rude to Angela, and to Mohinder. For throwing him in a trunk.  )

I couldn't help myself on this one.

You are The Emperor

Stability, power, protection, realization; a great person.

The Emperor is the great authority figure of the Tarot, so it represents
fathers, father-figures and employers. There is a lot of aggression and violence
too.

The Emperor naturally follows the Empress. Like an infant, he is filled with enthuiasm, energy, aggression. He is direct, guileless and all too often irresistible. Unfortunately, like a baby he can also be a tyrant. Impatient, demanding, controlling. In the best of circumstances, he signifies the leader that everyone wants to follow, sitting on a throne that indicates the solid foundation of an Empire he created, loves and rules with intelligence and enthusiasm. But that throne can also be a trap, a responsibility that has the Emperor feeling restless, bored and discontent.

Some parts, I still am in disagreement with. It makes me sound pigheaded.

But I prefer it like that, anyway.

Adam according to canon from the television show Heroes:

Current name: Adam Monroe
Other Alias: Kensei Takezo, Richard Sanders.
Special Ability: Rapid Cell regeneration
Gender: Male
Born: 1644
Age:  363
Occupation: Former samurai swordsman, former British mercenary commander, former soldier in the Confederate Army

Adam, along with twelve other humans (mixed evolved and not), was a founder of the Company in 1962, with the cover of being a paper company, called Primatech. The Company's purpose is to locate and track evolved humans, as well as the capture of 'dangerous' humans, currently owned and run by Bob Bishop.

For 30 years, Adam was kept in a cell in the basement of Primatech in  Hartsdale, New York, after attempting to release the Shanti Virus, strain 138.

Adam suffers from a grandeur illusion that he is a God, one that would likely have been caused by his immortality. He plans of eliminating a majority of the human race as a way to start the world over, and have the survivors worship him as their leader, or in his words, "he'll be their hero."

Verses currently in:

[info]thisisarea42: Takes place on an island military base, where all characters are shown that they are fictional pieces of work. Adam arrives, time wise, a week after Hiro put him in a coffin. Adam doesn't take the 'you're fictional' idea too hard, mostly going with the flow of things, not picking sides in the somewhat haphazardly existing side of evil and the very unstable side of good.

[info]after_shanti: Takes place in the AU situation that Adam released a different virus instead of strain 138. It was strain 139, a strain that killed the human population quicker, but it's only survivors were those who possessed abilities. Now in a mostly deserted world, Adam works behind the scenes to find ways of supporting life for the small amount of people left, for those who choose to accept him, as opposed to Peter's promise to take his life.

Consequences: Takes place right after the scene inside the Company vault, Hiro teleports Adam to Feudal Japan, a year after they originally met. Hiro attempts to change Adam from a villain to someone remotely decent enough to stop trying to kill everyone.

Open: No particular spot in time or space, just there and existing.
